All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of tallow, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with product scent, texture, or appearance
- Delays in shipping outside of our control
- Failure to read product description or usage instructions
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution at our sole discretion.
