Shipping Timeframes

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within india): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and regional courier services.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges to be resent.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that tallow is a perishable and temperature-sensitive product. For health and safety reasons, and due to its nature, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on any tallow products.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including changes of mind, dislike of scent or texture, or shipping delays outside our control.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will assess each case individually and do our best to resolve genuine issues in line with our quality standards.
