Thank you for supporting Tallow. We take pride in offering high-quality, products made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. This applies to all products purchased through our website or any authorized third-party vendors.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Our products are made with natural, perishable ingredients and are considered personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to restock or resell returned items—even if they are unopened.

Exceptions

We only replace items if they are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. If this is the case, please contact us at support@mtallow.com within 12 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Shipping Issues

Tallow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you encounter any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
